I can't pick a favorite track. This album blows me away every time- each song is an absolute masterpiece. Tragic and bittersweet, head-banging crescendos at just the right moments, and great use of vocal samples in "Challenger". Each song tells the tale of a sacrifice made by a hero/group of heroes throughout history, giving the album a more episodic feel, but, front-to-back, this is a wonderful piece of post-rock far greater than just the sum of its parts. You will not be disappointed.

This is the most amazing post-rock discovery I've had in a long time. How have I not heard of this band previously? I have been listening to this and their other album for days straight after first listen. Amazing, deep, powerful. Words don't do justice. Listen and lose yourself in this.
